WesGold Fellows 2026 Coordinator
We’re seeking Coordinators to help lead, mentor, and support high school students participating in the WesGold Fellows summer internship program. Coordinators play a key role in fostering personal and professional growth among youth through workshops, site visits, financial literacy training, career development sessions, and community engagement activities. This seasonal position blends leadership, education, and hands-on program facilitation.

- Begins April–May 2026 (planning & training)
- Full-time in-person program leadership June–August 2026
- Wrap-up & evaluation August–September 2026

- Ability to facilitate group activities and lead discussions

- Experience working with diverse communities (preferred)
- Lead daily workshops, group discussions, and learning activities.
- Support Fellows in developing communication, financial literacy, and professional skills.
- Serve as a role model and point of support for students.
- Encourage reflection, goal-setting, and personal development.
- Assist with training and planning sessions in spring.
- Help organize site visits, guest speakers, and events.
- Introduce Fellows to meaningful people, spaces, and resources in Philadelphia.
- Represent the WesGold Fellows program at events and outreach activities.
